On Thursday evening, Frontier Airlines was forced to ground all flights due to a brief IT issue that caused an internet outage. The airline requested a nationwide ground stop, which began at 10:33 PM GMT and was lifted just 21 minutes later, at 10:54 PM GMT. The issue was tied to a problem with the airline’s systems operations center’s internet connection.

As a result, flights to all of Frontier’s U.S. destinations were affected, causing delays and disruptions for travelers. However, operations have now resumed, and the airline has confirmed the issue has been resolved. Passengers are encouraged to check their flight statuses for any further updates.
